6620 issue

I have a new found problem with my 6620. Almost every time i recieve a call. The phone freezes and the screen goes white and the phone gets really hot. I tried the Send+*+3+PWR reset but it only fixed for a week. Please help

i am having the same problem. I just took it to a shop where they tried to flash it but it didnt work, they couldnt even flash it
