N-Gage QD Type RH-47

I got the software, but when I select RH-29 and put in my code, it says that it is invalid. Does this software work for a RH-47, or am I putting in the IMEI wrong? Is there a way to find out what that number is on the phone itself (i.e. some code)?

mmm.. I don't understand. When you put which code? you mean the imei? I think you're entering it wrong.

Also... read the faqs, and select from the list "DCT4" instead of a specific model. Use the calc in expert mode (check it under options). Therefore you will be able to enter custom settings. Follow the FAQs and try. Be careful with you're five tries. If you're unsure, post again and we will do our best to help you.

Also, if you are going to post for help, please post network, country, version and date of the firmware.
