Nokia 6102b Cingular USA - unlock successful

Guys,

For Unlocking Kit Number 1:
I was wondering if any of you knew if this Unlocking Kit would unlock the Nokia 6102. I found this Unlocking Kit really cheap on the net - I just wanted to know if it would unlock it. The place where I found it says "This unlocking device works for the following Nokia models: ... and some but not all phones in the following series: 62xx 61xx 51xx 33xx." Does anyone know if the Kit will Unlock the phone?

For Unlocking Kit Number 2:
Do you guys know if this will unlock it? I know it says "Compatible with:
Nokia 6310, Nokia 6310i, Nokia 6510, Nokia 7210, Nokia 7250, Nokia 8310" ... but to be ont he safe side, since you guys know a lot more than I do, does it unlock the Nokia 6102?

Forget KIT1 m8. Old and expensive 210.35$ :eek: for a clip is plain theft

as for KIT2 is called a cheap flasher made following the specs given by the greatest Nokia geinus called Dejan but only works with some old DCT4 models and the flashes must be patched, ie, you can't use original phoenix format flashes. It's indeed cheap but not sure if compatible with unlocking recent models

Thanks for the info. I found Kit#1 for about $30.00 USD and Kit#2 for about $45.00 USD, so they both sound like a good price. I just wanted to know which one would fit me best for the Nokia 6102, which do you think I'll have a greatter success at unlocking the Nokia 6102? Thanks again. Have a Happy Thanks Giving!

T-mobile 6101, used the same old stuff and the unlocked went stright through. I'm still waiting to get in another Cingular.
