Nokia N70 startup sound!

Is there a way to get ridd of the hands that meets on screen and the anoying nokia sound when starting the phone?
I've tried to add a startup picture, but that didn't help...

Is there realy no way of getting ridd of this crap!?
Do I have to find a flash file and edit to get ridd of it?
