View Full Version : Mexican TELCEL 1108b (rh36) &2651(rh54) cant unlock

Hello amigos, have these 2 phones, tried using nokiafree, bith under dct4 expert mode and 1100b, 2650 modes. I have tried 1,5,7 codes, only have one code left in each phone, any suggestions? I have read many posts saying that people have tried unlocking these phones and no luck, whats the deal, anyone know?

post the frimware version of each phone (type *#0000#) and which serial boxes you've used

I think that both phones are ASIC 2 but the problem must be withthe serial you chose since V2 is blacklisted in firmwares back to end of 2004

my advice is to use more recent/secure serials like Original (32779) or ONE (32836)

Looks like im stuck now with either going to a small shop getting them unlocked! What box can I buy that will work woth nokias and other brands, what would you recommend buying??

better take a while searching the web since there's a lot to choose from. The one thing i can say is to not buy any Griffin box since the makers stopped devolping it and moved on to a more advanced (read "expensive") device called MT-BOX

i can't unlock my 1108 rh-36, i've used Asic2 with Original and ONE, and insert the seventh code but it just says "Not Allowed", i also tried one time to insert the code with the "incorrect" sim, but i got the same results, does anyone knows what can i do, does this phone need another specifications? thanks for advance

"Not allowed" means you're trying to use a lock that isn't... locked

try same settings but use code #1

it says "Not allowed" but when i insert the sim, wich i want to use, it says "sim not valid", the phone only works with TELCEL from mexico, i want it to work with MOVISTAR

read carefully what i said: "try same settings but use code #1"

i also didn't say the phone is unlocked, only that code 7 didn't work because the universal lock (#7) wasn't used on that phone
