Oh my god please help me!
After I reinsert my mmc card and turn on my nokia 360, it keeps rebooting whenever it reaches the welcome screen! Sometimes it may even reboot when the Nokia sign appears!
After several times rebooting the phone shuts down and I cant use it! Help! Is it a hardware problem? Program failure? Virus???

Hello :)
Try to boot your phone without the MMC. Ignore evtl. error messages ("system error") and see if it boots.
If so: Use PC card reader to backup your MMC (make sure that "hidden files" and "protected operating system files" can be viewed! Otherwise "system" folder won't be backed up!) and then format it (FAT file system, NOT FAT 32!). Put it in the phone and boot. Should boot now. Again, ignore error messages and format MMC again in the phone. Then take it out and back into the PC reader. Put your backed-up files again and put it back in phone. See if it boots.
If yes, congratulation.
If NOT: error caused by some auto-starting prog that's located in MMC.
Try booting the phone (with MMC!) and during turning on, press and hold the "pencil" key. This makes the phone boot into "safe mode" where auto-starting apps are ignored.
If it boots, remove suspect apps - anything that could start automatically (FSC, screensaver, themes, blacklist, recorder, etc....) one by one, after each one, reboot and see if it works. Continue untill offending app is removed, then reinstall all the others.
If it does NOT boot, format MMC again (first in PC, then in phone) and put everything EXCEPT "system" folder back. Then re-install your apps one by one and see after each if it boots. If the error recurs, remove last installed app.
If everything fine: Congratulation :)
I hope i could help........
Kind regards.....

Hello again :)
I forgot to mention this one:
If the phone even w/o MMC refuses to boot, take out the SIM as well and try to boot. If boots: SIM knackered (happens!)
If still no boot: Go to the nearest Nokia Care Center and have it flashed - seize the opportunity to get the latest FW version :)
Regards....

Hey thanks for the help man. i haven't tried it out yet but there's still a problem I've discovered just yesterday!
My phone automatically turns on and shuts down a few times! And I didn't press the power button! I just place it on my desk and it turns on and off automatically!
And I've charged my battery till max before those things happen but when I tried my battery on my sis' 6230, the battery is low! And after I've recharged it again, its still low even if it says its full!
Should I get a new phone???

Hello again :)
Why don't you try the battery from that 6230 in your 3650 first? maybe you have a dodgy battery - yes, those can become bad :) If it works with the other one, you know what to do - get a new battery :)
If it still plays up with the other battery, try to start the phone with the front cover removed. Don't lough - funny things can happen if one of the buttons is stuck :)
If all fails, have the phone flashed with new FW (firmware). It can be done either at a Nokia Care Center or at a phone shop that does repairs.
And if you want a new phone..... feel free to get one, i recommend a N70 (but it's quite expensive) or a 6600 which has awesome features.
Kind regards.......

wow it's been forever since i posted here
my 3650 did that when i was messing with an advanced task manager (trying to free up memory for doom). Evidently I ended a task that wasn't supposed to be ended and the thing was bricked. dead. permanently. did the exact same thing. turns on, gets to the nokia logo, and turns on like 3 more times then dies. Get it re-flashed. It's that simple. Of course, Nokia U.S.A. told me a re-flash would cost 100 dollars, so I said screw it. Now I own an i-mate jam and it's a beauty.
Man it's incredibly how many familiar names I see around here though. I can't even remember the last time I used this name anywhere else. It's got to have been at least a year and a half since my last post. Nice to see Nokia finally upping their tech significantly.
