Thanks for the comments about nFree Mr. weldorguy.

Unfortunately, the only solution is to flash the phone. Since the equipment needed is too expensive for just one phone, ranging from 150 Euro to 400 Euro, the best solution is to find a small repair shop that will flash the phone for a small fee, max 30usd, but usually not more than 10 usd. Unfortunately, there's no other solution and no cable/soft will do.

When you pass the five tries that you have to unlock the phone via codes, then the only solution is to flash the phone. While we refer to the process as "flashing the phone" or "cable unlock", indeed it is replacing the phone's firmware with another one that's equal to the original but has no lock programmed.

For that operation you need a special hardware device, that we call "box". No cable/software combination will do. A box is very expensive for just one phone (you can check prices at ucables.com, there's a link at top of page). So, the best solution is take the phone to a small repair shop, that will unlock -or flash, it's the same- the phone for a small fee.

Take in account that if your provider will upgrade the phone's firmware for free, this new firmware will also have the lock programmed. So, you will have the phone locked again, as you have. However, you will have again five attempts to unlock it via codes. If this time you blow the five tries unsuccesfully, then you will need to unlock via hardware.

I hope this explains a little.
