Need to unlock Nokia 6800

I am in an emergency situation and need to unlock my Nokia 6800 bought from AT&T wireless in US to use with Cingular. I looked at the form to enter the info to get the unlock codes, but I have a couple of questions:

What is the GEN tab and what do I need to enter?

code 1 will unlock what I need or do I need to unlock code 7?

GEN ONE, If I recall correctly, is 32836. Code 1, as mr subway said (+1), should work.

If firmware from 2005 don't use 33820 (V2) serial as it's already blacklisted
