Help, please.
I have a new Nokia N90 on Vodafone and when I go to the Vodafone Live homepage I don't get the Vodafone graphic at the top of the page and only 3/4 of the page displays so that I can only scroll down to Sport and not as far as Transport. Other pages are similar, so I don't get all the footie results.
I rang Vodafone who redownloaded the settings then suggested I put their SIM in another phone, so I put it in my Nokia 7600 and it worked perfectly. My mate's T-mobile SIM in my N90 (apparently supplied unlocked) has the same problem.
The (Club) Nokia helpline said that they don't have SIM cards so can't test it and suggested I contact the supplier.
I rang Phonebox direct who were not interested at all in diagnosing the problem, which I was convinced was due to settings or firmware, and just replaced the phone. This took a week and I've just got the new handset, which, surprise, surprise, has an identical fault.
Anyone any idea of a setting I need to change?
