call cost application

hey im a newbie here so not 100% sure if im posting in the right area, i got a nokia 6230i and it doesnt seem to have call cost feature on it, is there a application that i can download that is like call cost feature that can keep a record of how much ur spending if u put the call rate and flag fall into it. any help would be appreciated.
