Unlock Nokia 6020

Hi, I tried unlocking with the Nokiafree unlock but with no success. Maybe i am selecting the wrong options ... can someone guide me to unlock a nokia 6020 locked to vodafone UK

this will only work if less than 5 attempts were used!

select expert mode
then:
MODEL: DCT4
ASIC: 2
SERIAL: any of the following -> Original, ONE, ASIC6
MCC+MNC: 23415000
CODE: #1

i am trying to unlock my nokia 6020 but it's not working. already had 2 tries. i don't know if i'm picking the right choices in the nokiafree software.
can anyone help me with those codes?

The settings that Mr. mestrini gave, except for the network code -which you have to choose to match your network obviously- apply to your phone as well.

Download the nokiafree standalone calc from the unlock codes section (also from a sticky thread on this forum), go to options, set it to expert mode, choose "DCT4 Expert only" from the model drop down menu, enter the settings that Mr. mestrini posted above manually and try the seventh code from the set.

i have a 6020 , but it seems i used up all 5 tries, can i unlock it using IR ??? is there a guide that i can use to unlock using my PC and IR? thnx

Phone is hardlocked now, (TO MANY WRONG CODES ENTERED) take it to a mobile phone repair shop and ask them can they unlock it..........cost approx 10-15GPS.

The equipment is not cost effective for just one mobile and no you cannot unlock it using IR.

I'd just have one quick question concerning a 6020;
I'm trying to unlock it;
- I got a code calculated by the web app
- I have removed the sim, entered the code in this format "#pw+123456789012345+7#", but then what?
If I tap any of the keys, nothing. If I tap the call key, then I have a reply that translates to "emergency calls only".

If I inserta a card different from the provider that has the lock on it, then it is indeed, asking for an unlock code, but
a) can I enter the code?
b) which part of it exactly? "#pw+123456789012345+7#" the full, only the 15 digit number?

You need to enter the code with either an accepted or foreign SIM inserted

With an accepted SIM just type the code like you did before

If you use a Foreign SIM then follow the prompts and enter the full code as with the above accepted Sim scenario, once the full code is on the screen hit the option/OK button and the unit should display "Phone Restriction Off" the phone should reboot and the that particular SIM lock has been removed, I say that as some phones have multiple SIM locks and will only accept certain SIM lock levels

Hi,i got my nokia unlocked instantly by getting unlock codes from unlock-free (http://www.unlock-free.com/)..there is no much procedure just i entered my mobile's IMEI code and got codes to unlock my mobile..
