3200 Suddenly Locked, How to Undo? No SIMs Work.

I had my Nokia 3200b plugged into my computer via DCU-5 cable and turned the phone off, then on. The phone then said phone restricted and asked for a restiction code.

The phone isn't locked because I used Wind and Vodafone SIMs in it this summer, and its been only on Cingular since then. When I insert my Wind SIM, it asks for PIN code, when I input it, it again says phone is restricted.

I bought the phone new from a Cingular agent.

Any ideas? Can I simply use the unlocking calculator on this site? If so, what should I input? The phone was never locked as far as I know.

Did it ever show any sort of operator logo when it booted up that you remember? If so, it's worth a shot to unlock it with that provider's codes. If you don't remember it having an operator logo, you may have to hook it up to a box
