RF IC Ericsson R380s

I have ericsson R380s. i don't know how, my phone switch on with sim card will switch off while searching for signal. I tried replace the RF IC with another phone were i borrowed from my friend. It works again like new phone.
Anybody can help me to get that RF IC for my phone. Thanks
