I wanted to install a sis-file that was a bit bigger than 1,1 mb on my N-gage QD.
I wasn't at my own computer so I didn't have my card reader. The file was transferred via BT to my inbox. Of course there wasn't enough memory to install it, even though I had over 3,5 mb free on C:

So I moved it to a folder on my MMC and tried installing it thru FE. Still the the phone complaining about to little memory. I tried deleting files on C: to no avail.

In the past I thought there was only two ways to install big sis-files.. Use Unsis or use "Install device software" in PC suite. Problem is that many games and apps don't work for me after using Unsis and PC-suite never works.

So what I learned is that the manager in the Tools menu will find the sis-file if I place in the root folder on my MMC. I had to shorten the filename for it to find it. But it worked. Not sure how big files I can install this way..

I'm sure somebody here must know about this already. Just wanted to mention it.

FExplorer has a function to install from MMC (so installer is unpacking sis file to MMC not to C:\) and so you can install every big sis file.
Wonder why unsising and transfering to mobile (to right folders) sometimes don't work for you. It works for me every time.
