fido branded nokia 8801

Hello guys
Just registered to this forum. I must there is whole new world here.
Anyhow, I have a fido branded nokia 8801 which I want to unlock.

I have heard nightmares ...about unlocking this baby...

So, I have few questions... perhaps anyone of you can help me

1) Which calculator should I use?
2) What type of codes should I use?
3) Should I use rogers as mnc or fido?

Also if any nokia 8801 users around here who have sucessfully unlocked their phone wanna post their experience that'be awesome!
