I would suggest makesis.exe by nokia, but the tool above is for noobs

I have many sounds file and I would like to make a small programe to collect them so I can choose any one of the list.

Not at all.

Do you want the search program or what?
Otherwise you can manage your files by adding them to folders (e.g. e:\mp3\...) and name folders by the artists and albums. I don't understand why you need *.sis for it???

ok my dear 2more I will explain it to you

imagin you like 50-cent and you have more than 30 or 40 sounds file
In the computer you can make an apllication exe to collect all files
when you run the exe you can choose any song you want from the list
