6610i v 4.20 help unlock

Hi, i have just got a fairly new Nokia 6610i and i am trying to unlock it.
After reading all the guides and faqs i have still managed to enter 3 wrong codes and dont want to risk anymore without any help. my phone information is as follows:

nokia 6610i
v 4.20
20.04.05
rm-37
locked to Optus Australia.

i have tried unlocking it on V2 Asic 2 and the codes didnt work. I have read some posts that indicated that V2 may no longer work so i am not sure what box serial to use.

Please maybye somebody has had experience trying to unlock one of these in similar circumstances, or any tips would be greatly appreciated.

I have also noticed that the nokia free unlock calculators 3.00 and 3.10 both give different unlock codes? which one shouldi use?

use serial Original (32779) and you'll make it :)

i got a message saying cannot undo restriction, but not the code error message, what does this mean? and does this mean my phone is hardlocked now?

absolutely...

only box (not cables) can unlock that phone :(

when i put in a different network sim it comes up with phone restricted but it has a option "undo" and when i press it a new window comes up asking for restriction code, what does this mean? is there still a chance of unlocking it from that window? and if so do i put the code in the same format or just the numbers?
