Help unlocking Fido 6020

Help.

I have got a new Fido 6020 and I am having trouble unlocking it

I tried the nokiafree unlock code calculator using DCT4. I typed in #+7 with and without simcard would not do anything.
I put in anouther simcard from Rogers and it tells me restricted click here to undo so I type int eh code and tells me code error. I've only tried once so I am guessing i have two more tries

If you did try these settings
