just unlocked 6230i

Hi, just a quick post to say i have unlocked my Nokia 6230i at first attempt :) . Used Nokia Dct4 online Calculator with these settings:-

IMEI - (Press *#06# at your phone keyboard )
Network - United Kingdom-Vodafone (cos that was what it was locked to!)
Gen - Asic6
Nokia Model - 6230


Put different sim card in then enterered the last code (the one with +7 at the end)

Done!! :D

Yes, it does help, and a lot:

1. It teaches that the info is right there, you just have to look for it.
2. It provides info on unlocking this specific phone in that specific network, thus making it another item to show when someone searches for these settings
3. It showed that it is faster to search and read than to ask how.

may i had that i hope you didn't take 3 hours searching for it right here since you could easily get that info in less than 5 minutes being that one of the most mentioned models :-P
