I believe that I have used up all my attempts at unlocking my Nokia 6030. I live in Portland Oregon. Do you have any ideas where I can go to get my phone unlocked?

Do you have any small phone repair shops in Portland?

Being the centre of the universe of computers you should be able to find one thru google???
