I was using http://unlock.nokiafree.org to unlock my new Nokia 6030 on Cingular Wireless (US).

The IMEI: <removed> is so the calc came up with

#pw+332366474367103+1#
#pw+169894404022230+2#
#pw+095393331657536+3#
#pw+916262556726607+4#
#pw+706310742727750+5#
#pw+735930476633777+6#
#pw+780060126174106+7#

I only tried the first one and the phone came up with "Code Error".
What should I do now? Thanks in advance!

I was using http://unlock.nokiafree.org to unlock my new Nokia 6030 on Cingular Wireless (US).


You generated the codes using GEN Griffin New (34144), which is blacklisted today (it was blacklisted in Nov 04).

You may use GEN Original (32779), ONE (32836), GAY's (32835) or First (32768).

Any of those serials are safe serials today and should do the job without glitches.

Please, post results with the settings you used, and post your firmware date (press *#0000# in your phone).

I have a cingular nokia 6030. It's a pay as you go phone (pre paid).
I downloaded the unlock utility, and used code 'Original' which is 32779.
To be able to change the 5 digit code on the program, I had to enable expert mode in the options.
So, it looks as, Nokia/DCT4(expert only)/U.S.A./Cingular/Asic2/Original/32779
When the key was generated, I used the first one ending with +1#
Got the message showing unlocked :smile:
