To unlock the Nokia 6020 model phone use the Network Unlock code,get the Unlock code at unlock-free.com (http://www.unlock-free.com/nokia/nokia-6020.html) and Unlock it.....follow the Instructions there and unlock it step by step,Only GSM network locked Phones can be Unlocked.CDMA network Locked Phone cannot be Unlocked..
