its my experience that pop ports are very prone to dust and dirt causing them to function either incorrectly or not at all, my suggestion to you is to open your phone up and clean the ports connections with some alcohol and an old toothbrush

Thanks for your quick reply :)

Is there a guide anywhere for opening the 6630?

Ok Im a bit confused now because I found the pop-port head phones and they work fine inyet my flash, video-phone craddle and the charger at work all dont do anything when pluged into my 6630 pop-port :-?

Any sugestions would be most helpfull

perhaps these other enhancements use different lines... Personal Hands Free uses Audio and Mic lines whereas flash cables etc use data lines... your pop port could still be faulty!
