Nokia 6230 Unlocking problems

I am having problems unlocking my Nokia 6230 currently locked to O2.
Unfortunately I have already entered 4 codes with the resulting error code.
I believe I only have one left? I have already enter code 1 and 7 below without success. Not sure what to do next. :-?

1st - DO NOT POST IMEI nor Unlock CODES! It's very clear in the rules...
2nd - Make a search before posting as 6230/6230i is one of the top posted mobiles...
3rd - If the phone is a 6230i (not 6230) then you had only 3 chances to input the correct code. In case it's not then calculate the codes using ASIC 6 and GEN One
