Unlock nokia 6061 from fido-CANADA

i have been using the v3.10 keygen and sceaching the forums of how to set it for the 6061 but i have gone through 3 different sets of codes with no luck, is the any one what i have done wronge

this is the latest set i got and not sure if i have it all set right

i retryed it with the rogers setings and using code 7 and te phone gave me the message of can not undo the restrictions, i dont knon at this point if i have to get it unlock by cable or i have one try left, also this my latest results:

“Cannot undo restriction” or “Not allowed” means. After you have made 5 attempts or even 3 attempts on newer phones and failed, the phone displays that message, meaning that the phone is "hard locked." At this point, you will still be able to use the phone with the original provider, but you will not be able to unlock it by codes. You will need to take or send it to a professional for direct unlocking service.
