i have nokia 2650 but i dont know what network it is locked to. can i find out what network it is locked to? or any other way to get around this

If you have a box cable you can get the MNC+MCC and google that and see what it comes up with.

this is an expensive piece of equipment however.

Just borrow the SIM cards off all your friends and try one by one.
