Can sombody calculate map-file for M50 please?

Hello everybody.
After flashing Early Bird to unlock Java thru cable I can't unlock my phone. All free unlockers for M(T)50 unlocked my phone for 1min. only. After that it power down automaticly and when I want to turn it on again it writes "wrong software". If I understand good, I need map file calculated from log file from logger. So log file is attached.
Can anybody from experts from this forum calculate map file for me please?

its map for you but first try this unlocker its suport BA20 I add new dat02.dat file this schuld to help you

So I tryed that unlocker and it don't work. Phone is still switching down and then it can't be switched on again (wrong software).
With that map file I have problem with upload to phone. With Logger 4.03 it writes "eeprom damaged" after logging to phone. I tryed to reflash early bird with unisiemens and it's still the same. I tryed all 3/4 service software 2.0.5 with MT50SVN09lg3T9lg06 firmware and "eeprom damaged" message again.
Can you advice me how to upload map file or what to do please?

use this software to read phone and you see what is ID of your phone and post on forum http://nokiafree.org/forums/attachment.php?s=&postid=30488 press read phone and try write map whit c45 new ID map writer from site http://www.odblokgsm.sk/download/

and one more try whit this map and logger 4.03 and set SL45 to write map to phone and this schould help your phone

Hello again. I used C45 Tool and my ID is DB770200. Now I must restart to Win98 to try that c45 new ID map writer and that new map file. I will be back in few minutes.

I have some new experiences:
1) C45 Tool showing different ID under Win98 - it is 008988C4
2) c45 new ID map writer writes map file without any problems, but it don't help to stop switching down and that it can't be switched on again (wrong software). I tryed both map files whitch you supplied to me.
3) new map M50c and logger 4.03 and set SL45 to write map to phone doesn't help too. (eeprom data damaged)

Probably was error in the ID, so generated map file was not correct. Can you calculate map file from the new ID please? THANK YOU

Hmm. Sorry for my mistake.
Here is the correct flash ID:
1) under Win 98 it is C489
2) under WinXP it is 4400
I don't know which is correct.

prapobly your flash in phone its demage you have to flash your phone whit good flash and then use that software was I make atachment and it will be work and your ID under windows 98 its correct its old ID and thats way your phone have to be repeired whit MT50 C45 free unlocker whitout any problems You have to flash your phone whit good one flash and it have to work fine

i have Full Flash M50 C489 ripped with Unisiemens in files section

U just use unisiemens, choose SL45 type, open the file, and write.

if the end proccess, remove batt and fix it again.

power on the handys if blink or wrong software >>> work with M50 unlocker bye yura crew

I tryed every possible flashes. WinSwup writing "aborting due to transmission error" but after flashing whole flash. Original update tool don't work too. Only way to flash my phone is with Unisiemens and with all 3/4 service software. But after unlocking it still switching down and that it can't be switched on again (wrong software). Have you any idea what's wrong?

You have to wait for new software bacouse I think yu tested all solution . I read at other forum one guy have same problem as yours and he too try ewerything and nothing works Best regards from Poland when I herd about some new solutions for this phone I contact with you
