Purchased a sim free Nokia N95, only to find it died after 6 hours on standby - so got it checked at local repair centre only to hear - yep all is fine.
Then got a spare battery - again phone lasted for 6 hours before it ran out of juice.
Sent the phone to Nokia and 10 working days later waiting for reply from Nokia - only to hear they do not have the parts, nor a replacement phone.
So called Nokia and after holding for 15 mins was told I needed my IMEI to track where my phone is.
Went home got it, and had to wait another 15 minutes before speaking to someone who said he will have to pass my details to someone to track the IMEI and get a reply - may take up to 3 working days.
In the meantime I am without a phone - using my old Motorola V3 that at least lasts all day before having to charge it.
Just can't believe they can string customers along - especially since it's within 30 days - I should have a new phone without any questions.
Last Nokia I ever buy or recommend.
