I'm interested in unlocking my nokia 3120b

but I was looking into the forums and I'm not quite sure what kind of phone it is?!, I found it in the DCT 4 forum but also in the DCT 2 DCT 3 forum, so I'not sure what kind is my 3120b (RH-50)?!, someone can help me to know this exatly?!

And the second part of my post is ask you, if I can unlocking if I live in Mexico?!, because I enter to the DCT4 unlock codes generator and looking for my country and operator, I didn't find it, so I'm not quite sure if its possible.
