Hi,
unallowed means you tried too many wrong codes, it's no more possible by code, only by hardware now, in an unlocker shop

Nokia 1100 is tricky, there are old and new 1100, and the on line calculator is gives only old model codes

and 1100 is not a DCT3 but a DCT4, may be it's an other cause of failure
