8850 connect to flash cable problem,plz help!!!!

When i try to read my full flash in my 8850 with a flash cable,using rolis flasher 4.78b6 i presss read and when it says turn power on,i prees the power button but my phone instead of flashing it opens and i have the following message" Nsm-2 phone not put TX line low for bootstrap begin..."

What';s the problem m8s?What can i do?Plz help me!cheers.

you must press power on very, very shortly!

It doesn't matter how long you press the power button on as long as it's connected. Once Rolis detects the phone, it will work fine.

To me, sounds like the contacts aren't making contact with the cable. Check whether the flasher cable pins are bent or the springs are jammed down.

I don;t thing there's somethignwith the pins my friend!It'sa mre to likely to have something to do with the pinouts!But how am i supposed to find out?I mean if there's some dust as an obstacle for the connection,how can i clean it?It's hard for something to be inserted in such a small space!Any solution anybody?
