View Full Version : C35i - keypad doesn't work ????

Hi.

What could be wrong when keypad doesn't work, I can turn it on but nothing else (no one key working, so I can't write PIN number), and after this, if I want turn off mobile I have to remove accu, I can change software (Ignition key working) but it doesn't help - I tried only swup.

Mayby someone have any ideas to fix this problem?

P.S.I can't load software by all3/4 it stops after ereasing :(((

Hmm...

I have 2 C35i in front of me which had the same problem, I flashed them with v24 and they did the same thing, then I reflashed them with v18 and all working fine now ;)

Try downgrading the mobile just to see if it works ;)

I also used swup, I have to thank Alinus for all the help he offered when I was in distress, he's the #1 Siemens Guru ;)

well sorry,... I tried to downgrade, soft had been loaded O.K. but after this step swup (under dos) something checking and this one step fails :((, after this I cant turn phone and I have to flash it with old one flash and eeprom under Unisemens.

Hmm...

Sorry for not replying any sooner.
So what did you do to get your mobile working? Just downgrade it? The mobile is at 100%?

Hello.

No, I loaded no working flash.bin & eeprom by Unisiemens, then I charged accu to full, and after this I tried flash it again, downgrading software (no working, I can't switch on telephone), and again Unisimens and flash.bin @ eeprom - after this I have 2404 flash version and everything works fine. I don't know mayby problem was in flashing with no full charged accu??

Hi all.

I'm still having this problem with another one C35i,
1) I loaded 1803 by swup, - phone not working, even if a wrote the map
2 )Upgrade to 2404 - phone working (after writing a correct a map)

Downgrading and upgrading software verion doesn't help. I'm sure that this in not hardware mulfunction.

Please aas anybody other ideas to repair this phone?
