Audio Problem With 8210

I HAVE A 8210 ROM5 V-5.21 AND THE PROBLEM IS WHEN I CALL SOMEONE OR SOMEONE CALLS ME, THEY CAN HEAR ME PERFECTLY BUT I DON'T HEAR ANYTHING. ALSO WITH THE BUTTONS AT THE LEFT WERE YOU CAN SET THE VOLUMEN, THE DON'T WORK, THE VOLUME SCREEN WITH THE LEVEL BARS DOSEN´T APPEAR.

COULD ANYONE SAYME WHAT COULD I DO? OR WERE THE PROBLEM MIGHT BE? I CHANGE THE MIC AT THE TOP OF THE SCREEN AND IT REMAINS THE SAME, NO SOUND.

Have you tried using a hands free kit? - If that works, its probably your speaker. If not, then (clever guess work here on my part!) it sounds like your phones knackered!!

I tried the Free hands Kit, and the problem continues. All works perfectly, except the Audio System. Theres any IC that could be change to solve this problem? :confused:

THE PROBLEM IS NOW FIXED, IT WAS THE RESISTANCE THAT WERE DAMAGE AND SOME OF THEM WERE MISSING.

NOW THE MOBILE IS PERFECTLY WORKING.
