blinking menu

how to re-modify blinking menu? i have downloaded 3210 modified fls... but i want the all blinkinh to stop, how can i do that? pls help me...

Open file to FLSEdit or smthing else...

In language section, blinking menu text starts with \x01,
so when you remove that, menu stops blinking...
