Only use this as your last resort. when there is a problem that you can't fix with the numerous tools and apps that are out now.
Remember that when you do this you will lose all the information that is saved on your phone! So sync and back up whenever possible. Specially if you like to constantly install and uninstall different apps. You never know when something will go wrong.
