does anyone how the full versions of...

hi guys! does anyone have the full versions of:

1. screen saver
2. system tools
3. smart compress

or any other program that has the same functions...for example

in screen saver i can have animated images flashed on the screen after leaving the phone for awhile.

system tools i can change the operator logo.

smart compress i can pack programs that i don't oftenly use to save space.

if you guys have it, kindly post/attach the programs here because i tried the others posted in other threads, it didn't work!

the full version is an old one (it doesnt have the op logo thingie). then you have to install the upgrade w/c would give you the op logo thingie however make your commercial ver system tools into an evaluation one.

btw, i have some questions...

mydonnay, when i installed the screen saver...it loaded but when i used the preview button, nothing came out, do you know what's wrong with it? because before, it worked, but now it won't so i thought maybe the program is expired.

what type of screensaver did you try to preview?
Configure the settings of screensaver first then when you're finished press Option and select Save.

It depends on the time-out that you configure screensaver to start. Let me know what type of screensaver you are trying to preview.

You might want to give a try a slideshow screensaver for a test :

make a screensaver slideshow....(for those who don't know yet how to: just read the instruction below)

1. Collect at least 3 or more any image (static or animated) with filename .gif (or if you have an image with .jpeg or .jpg that you want to use, just change the file extension from .jpeg to .gif)
2. Go to "Images", press option and select "New Folder", name your new folder as you wish (make it short)
3. Transfer your images (.gif) from your PC to 7650 using Infrared or Bluetooth
4. Open the received messages and save the pictures (static or animated).
5. Go to "Images" and open each picture (static or animated), press option and select "Move to folder", select the folder that you created.
6. Once you are done moving the pictures in the folder. Close.
7. Open Screensaver. In Screensaver, press the joystick once, scroll down and look for Slideshow, press the joystick once again to select Slideshow, press OK.
8. change (if u wish) the time-out for screensaver slideshow to start
9. Change (if u wish) the animation speed
10. In "From Folder", press the joystick once, select the name of the folder that your pictures (static or animated) is located.
11. In "Show indicators" if you wish to see 'signal meter, battery meter, missed calls, inbox status or clock' while screensaver is running, just select each of them or any of them.
12. Press Option and select Save, press Exit.

Now don't press anything in your phone, wait for few minutes (depending on how many minute/s you set the time-out) you'll see a slideshow screensaver

Let me explain. When you are to install the system tools (dated way back Sept or Oct I think) thats a full/commercial version. Now that old thing doesnt have the ability to create op logos. So you need to install the upgrade of the system tools (its the other file in the zip) in order for your system tools to have the ability to create op logos. However the upgrade is not a full/commercial version. Its an evaluation version. Hence when you install the upgrade, your commercial ver then becomes a evaluation. M just not sure if the evaluation version has an expiration.

So a word of advice, if you just want the ability of system tools to create op logos, just install eFileMan/SeleQ/HandyFile. These progs do the same things as system tools (except for the "Flight Mode") plus it gives you add-on features like browsing thru your fons system, etc. And I read in one of the threads that System Tools has lots of bugs and that it causes the fon to crash.

thanks for steps on how to do it mydonnay but it won't work...it's weird because it worked before but now it won't work, the screen saver the works in my phone is the one already in the phone, the "text" and "date & time". the one on the screen saver program won't work. i use "gif" and "jpg" files.

kobayashi2b...now i get it! thanks, i'll check it out. by the way, of the 3 programs you mentioned (eFileMan/SeleQ/HandyFile), which one is the best? do you have the full version? i might try it...LOL!

i hav that problem too bfore

bfrore i hav the ScreenSaver_Full.sis but then installed the ScreenSaver_Registered From this forum and the app workin again dunno why

well I use eFileMan. it takes up less space than SeleQ and its full ver.

unzip the attached file. install the eSuite. go to Task Manager. Exit TaskMan from the menu. Uninstall all components except for eFileMan.

Before you configure the Screensaver, make sure that the settings is "date and time" and not "text". Then try again to set-up the slide show.
