I hope its not already posted somewhere...
Here's the link to the veryfirst FTP Client for the 7650.
Though it's only a trial and the serial u have to buy is fixed to ur IMEI - i think i found a way to get around this nasty check.
The IMEI can not be changed within the registration form directly. But u can use copy + paste with every number and replace the IMEI in the form.
So the only thing we need is a working IMEI + serial combination.
Type in a working IMEI in a SMS box, copy via holding "ABC" button and paste it in the reg. form together with the serial.
Haven't tried this because i dont have a working IMEI+serial combination, but it sounds promising
