Only service centres can do this as of now!
Maybe sum 1 will invent a solution for this! ;)

i'm working in authorized center, but still no solution for this.

there are special flash files that have net monitor on them. so you would have to get one of these flash files and load it on to your phone. that is the only way as far as i know
