if your thinking of getting full flash files i dont think you can if your thinking of getting mcu and ppm i think you can anyway give it a try and reply back here to let me know.

can we uased 8390 workes in U.A.E if we change software

i dnot knwo if this two band or three band

i don't think you can find full flash either. i've tried looking for months... let me know if you find them! :)
