hi, please help me with my 8250 coz it had its 4 locks closed and had contact service displayed. when i read the imei w/ logo manager it displayed all '0's and when i use dejan 1.00 to read the flash i always get a F-loader load error. can u give me the f_loader and full flash file so i can try to flash the mcu part of it.

why you read from 0000000to 90000000 if u delete from0000000 to 2000000?
its easier to make a backup from 2000000 to 900000 and then delete all 00?????

Do tell your friend you have same Imei, he'll laugh and say but my phone is working.
The 20.-40. is exactly same data as 40.-60. area.
Flashing a normal flash to 20. and also to 40. have same result without hex editor.
Anyway still a Waste of Time.
If IMEI area broken do really try to "contact service" as it says.
