Nokia - for all they've got right, they still need a good lesson !

For all Nokia does right and leads with, am I the only one that also finds that they seem to only ever give 90% effort on new product ?

Example:-

Everybody with a 7650 has spotted the "tunnel" effect on photos from the very first one they've taken. It's not too bad but it is there and quite obvious.

"Photographer" comes along for $20 and cures this - lining the corners up etc and generally giving better photo's.

So, why the hell didn't Nokia tweak this in their software before it went out ! If a third-party can do it then surely Nokia could have done !!

Unfortunatly Nokia have to release phones at a certain price to remain competitive, everything that they put into the phone is a compromise really, poor digi cam quality, lack of memory and memory expandability, and they also have to deal with the new symbian OS integration which is why there isnt currently any voice over bluetooth support, hopefully they will continue the software upgrades and provide the tech information to individuals (like me!!) who want to upgrade the memory and need to know what support the OS has of it is expanded
