I've tried to connect to my account of mail, but an error message say "General system error, try Again". My sw ver. is 3.16 and since the day i bought the phone, i could not to conect to my mail account.
How is correct configuration of de account (without the usarname and pass) to conect it??.
By GSM or GPRS??. Please help.

You need to setup an IMAP4 or POP3 email account first before setting your email account on your phone. I use hotpop.com for my POP3 email account, other domains also available. You can use WAP over GPRS connection.

i put my account like POP. I've tried to conect by wap, but the screen shows the error i've said. If i try to connect by gprs... it don't do anything. The screen shows "Conecting to... mail account"
I think you need to consult with your network provider, it may not support pop3 email... Here in the philippines, Globe allows pop3 mail but not IMAP4...
