how to make Pc conection with nokia 3510

i need a help for about nokia 3510
i have data cable for 3510 and nokia 3510 phone
but i can not connection pc to nokia 3510
why?
i dont know..
use a nokia pc suite v4.81
this not connectid
but my pc connected to nokia 3510 with loga manager software
ai can edit my ringtones and logos and phonebook .
but it not verywell

i think my pc is connection to internet with my nokia 3510 on gprs(with data cable)
is'n it?
