Unlock 6310i help please

I have a 6310i, model NPL-1, IMEI 351109207926084, SW V 5.10.
I have a DLR-3 data cabel that is only Working with OxygenII. I use WinXP.
Locked to Telstra Aust.
How can I unlock it?
