Dextra.co.uk ( thieves )

Ordered a cable from these people and after being messed around with the dispatch I decided to cancel the order. I found later that they had taken the money from my account despite there policy of not taking any money until the goods are dispatched. Since then I've sent Emails and made many phone calls to get my money back, all to no avail.
It seems the only way i can get the money back will be through the courts which I shall make inroads to do. So just a warning to anybody who is about to do business with these people, beware!!

I dare say there are people out there who have done business with Dextra with no problems but my opinion is you are only as good as your most dissatisfied customer.
If there is anybody out there who is employed by these people then please feel free to post your comments.

P.S I then ordered the cable 8pm from Logosunlimited.co.uk and received it the next day 8am
