Siemens Models And SW Question

Hi all,
When open my siemens 6618,
the light just light up a while and have sound buzz a while
than notting happen.
So i try to flash with unisiemens,
but which models to select and which file to flash(S45?)
when i select S45,the size just have 200000.

Thx 1st.

i change it to 600000
n flash the 6M file.
but the result is same,
i think it batter flash the 8M full fls file.

Have any body know where can i get the
8M fls file,i have very urgent to get it.
