hi, i have one 511 that is dead but sometimes you can switch on and anothers no, now i put to charge and nothing but anothers begin to charge.
the phone has been four times in one year in alcatel service (in warranty) and always they have repaired the soft, i have tried to flash but no works
any idea? thanks
before flashing...did u made a back-up of the full flash or at least of the tech zone?
no i didn't made a backup because i didn't know that.
i have backups of another phones (fullflash ,eprom and teh), can i use that for this phone?
can i use the teh of one phone for another?
and another question, i did made backup of the flash, eprom and teh separately
is the teh included in the eprom and this in the flash or are separated?

hi, yesterday i did listen a sound and when i go to look i did see the phone switch on with the lights on but with nothing in the screen and for switch off i needed to take of the battery.
is that normal if i have the teh zone bad? thanks
if the tech is corrput...the programs either will not read the phones imei or software version...or if the tech is not the original one...it will read another imei...
anyway...if the tech is corrupt or not the original...the phone will reject any simcard

ok alinus, when i read the phone, it tells me all the dates but no the hw number (with wray).
is that a problem of the teh zone?,
and another thing, when i switch the phone it is the same if is, with or without card, it tells me verify sim
i have tried to flash with another versions (now i have 10Q) and not works, only with that.
that version i have downloaded from internet and the provider is orange, a company that not works in my country
