Samsung n100 help?????

Hi.
Customer brought to me samsung n100 hanging and freeze. I accidiencially connected a300 chinese cable feed by dc power to n100, then current on dc power reach 2A. Still phone alive but after factory reset *2767*2878= then power on with sim it says contact provider. How to repair? I tried Vahid free repair soft and LCD unlock repair clip for samsung,still same. Maybe eeprom is corrupt. But eeprom ic is BGA. Now what can I do? Help neeeded.
Do you know pinout of BGA samsung eeprom ic? I want reprogramm with pony programmer, but I don't know how to connect. Which samsung model have same BGA eeprom ic? I need good dump for n100.
