no network after flashing 8310

I have flashed nokia 8310 MCU and ppm

but now the phone does not catch network

Make sure that the IMEI number is the same on the phone software as it is on the back of the phone!

The 8310 has a chip that contains the IMEI number and if this isn't the same as on the software you get no signal!

i really have no idea as to how to flash my nokia 8310. can you help me?

will flashing solve my 'Contact Service' problem? if not how? if yes how? do i need a special cable? no i need a special software?

another question, is Data Cable same as MBUS/FBUS Cable? is Data Cable same as flash cable?

if you flash, does that mean you upgrade the firmware of the phone? where can i get the latest firmware for my nokia 8310?

Solving contac service problem :

Flash your 8310 with 8310 Mcu and PPm
( same with mcuversion)

after flahing, u must set full factory setting

DONE

verify that you still have imei *#06#
.......if your imei is ok....try writiing pm (permanent memory)
it will work for ...
if not you must do a imei rebuild or worst to change uem

i think you must write new pmm if you have griffn box you can read the pmm from diffrent phone and write this on your phone
