deos somebody know this message in the ende of the flash by T191?

I had this issue allready twice by downgrading from 1.78 to 1.19 to get chinese flash into the phone. all the other cases went smoothly even with 1.87. but the strange thing about this 2 phones was, I couldn't use "r_flash_006.mot" as the boot file but only "r_flash_007.mot". while the flashing process by 99% and ask to set E2p, I choose"set E2p as default" and than press ON.
instead of some success message I get "Trigger E2p Failed Reason:Write E2pError"

and than I turn on the phone, it light up and also give the sound, but stoped with Motorola symbol, and also in a very unclear state, that I can hardly read the display.

can somebody tell me why I get this and how to solve it?
